This is a female house share.
They work full time and are between 20-30 years old.

A quiet and peaceful Household but with occasional wine evenings and listening to music, playing games or just chatting when everyone is up for it.
Everyone is very respectful and clean here. We look out for each other so we’ll be happy to have you if you appreciate this.

Very clean and organized being a new build house. I would like it to remain this way with any future housemates joining.

The furnishings are all less than a year old so everything is as fresh as can be, seeing as the house is brand new too.

Great quality neighbourhood, with green area in front of the house and a bus stop across the road. There is ample parking for cars and quiet living.
