The bedroom is at the back of the house overlooking the long well tended garden. The location is quiet and has easy access to Wendover town and surrounding countryside. The train station is 25 minute walk or 10 minutes by bike.

The room can be let furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference.

Shared bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet.

Lounge with wooden floors, a log burner, comfy sofa and two easy boy chairs. It opens onto the new kitchen and breakfast bar.

The kitchen has top-quality fittings and granite worktops.

You would share with a live-in landlord (placer of the this ad is the live-out landlord) and two cats.

We're looking for an easy going person who likes cats and is reasonably tidy. The live-in landlord smokes outside and you are free to do the same. Drugs are not allowed. The neighbours are lovely and some have children so we ask for no really loud music after 7pm.

Bills including electric, water, gas, council tax and broadband are £150/calender month. Fire wood would be an additional cost if you wish to use the log burner.
