Entrance Hall leads directly to stairs with door to shared use open plan Kitchen/Diner with bi-fold doors onto a beautiful south facing garden.

This area is shared with 1 adult and a very friendly and well behaved dog.
Access to High Speed internet and Sky TV.

Off street parking available.

Winchmore Hill is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has a busy local pub with shop - The Potters Arms.

It is a short drive to the M40/M25 and railway stations in Beaconsfield and Amersham with fast links to London.

Short term lets may have a rent adjustment - please contact me to discuss.
