King size bedroom with office and parking

Looking for someone to move into my spare room in a house situated at the top of the high street, in the gorgeous village Woburn Sands.

The room has a king size bed with a built in wardrobe and space to move around. (Tv in picture not included)

There’s a shared bathroom upstairs and a small WC downstairs. The only person you will be sharing with is me and I like to keep things fairly neat and tidy. It is a 3 bed house but the 3rd bedroom is used as an office and would be perfect for anyone hoping to work from home.

I have a cat living in the house who’s very nice and friendly. He’s outside a lot but when he’s indoors, he loves a cuddle and is very playful.

The kitchen is well equipped with all essentials and extra gadgets.

The property has a south facing garden and parking at the back.

Woburn Sands has great transport links with a train station down the high street with options to get to London within an hour. You can also get a taxi or bus to Milton Keynes with more travel options nearby.

It’s also a great town to just enjoy a bit of a slower lifestyle with enough life, including plenty of nice restaurants and pubs, a couple shops and high street boutiques.
