Bright furnished double for female in Wolverton

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate female housemate to share my Victorian house in Wolverton.

The house has three bedrooms, but I will only rent one so there’s plenty of space. There are three shared reception rooms (a living room which opens out to a dining room, and another dining area), as well as a large kitchen. The house has a bathroom upstairs with a walk-in shower and rolltop bath, as well as small downstairs toilet.

I own two indoor cats who are affectionate characters, but I think you will only enjoy sharing this house if you like cats – as they like to follow me around and snuggle up for cuddles (they stay downstairs at night).

The bedroom is bright and airy, fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of draws, a blanket box and under-bed storage. The rental includes use of the living room, dining areas and kitchen. I currently have a Netflix subscription that you can use to watch tv programmes.

Rent includes all main bills: gas and electricity, water, council tax, tv license and broadband.

I’m a 36-year-old professional working in marketing for a charity. I like living in a clean and tidy home so would suit someone who is also tidy. I enjoy cooking (well eating!), reading, going to the cinema, yoga, running and horse riding. I work Monday to Friday in Milton Keynes. Evenings tend to be reasonably quiet, with friends coming to visit occasionally.

The house is a ten-minute walk from Wolverton train station (which has direct trains to London Euston) and a five-minute walk from the high street (Asda, Tesco, Lidl and some nice restaurants). Junction 14 of the M1 is a 15 min drive away. Parking is on the street and often requires parallel parking into spaces.

My ideal lodger would be someone clean, considerate and responsible – who likes cats – and requires the space from Monday to Fridays. I might be able to be flexible, so if you’re looking for slightly different days etc. please get in touch.
