I'm looking for a friendly, professional flatmate to share with my three bed Victorian house in Wolverton.

The house has three bedrooms, but I'm only renting one room so there’s plenty of space. There are also two shared reception rooms (a living room and separate dining room) as well as kitchen, utility and as a garden with patio and BBQ. The house has a full-size bathroom upstairs and smaller shower room downstairs, both with great powerful showers, a brand new combi-boiler has just been fitted with Nest central heating.

The house has lots of lovely original features including wooden floors throughout and an open fireplace in the lounge for cosy winter evenings. I also have more modern comforts like a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer, Nest and broadband wi-fi.

Rent includes all main bills: gas & electricity, water, council tax and fibre broadband.

The house is just a ten minute walk to Wolverton train station (with direct line into London) or Tesco and a five minute walk to high street or Asda.

I'm a 36 year old professional working in advertising. I often commute to London and sometimes work away and travel for short periods.
