We offer a comfortable, private downstairs double bedroom in a spacious house in Balsham, convenient for Addenbrookes hospital and the south-Cambridge Science Parks (Granta, Babraham, Genome Campus, Chesterford).
The room is bright and airy, and there is exclusive use of a bathroom with shower and bath. The spacious kitchen, dining and living rooms are also available to use, as is the garden with patio area.
Bills and wifi are included and parking is readily available on the road at the front of the house.
We are a professional couple, and have a cat who likes to roam around the house and garden.
We are looking for a considerate lodger, ideally a professional who needs a quiet home from home Mon to Fri.
