THE HOUSEHOLDS
We’re a friendly, sociable household, though we value everyone’s privacy. The home is always kept clean and tidy, and we’re looking for someone respectful and like-minded to share it with.

LOCATION
1. A Spar convenience store is within walking distance.

2. Larger supermarkets and nearby towns are just about 5 miles away (Ramsey, Chatteris, Whittlesey, March, Doddington, Warboys. Peterborough is about 15 miles away)

3. Nearest Train station: Whittlesey & March (taxis available).

LETTING DETAILS
1. Flexible terms: month-to-month or longer contracts (except Christmas period, from Dec 20 – Jan 3. Long-term rent is available from January 3 to December 20.

2. Bed linen included.

3. You’ll be responsible for cleaning your room, bathroom, and shared areas, you will be responsible for your everyday consumables (toilet rolls, soap, etc.).

TAKE NOTE
1. Rent is for single occupancy only, paid monthly in advance.

2. Security deposit is required. The deposit is refundable after end of tenancy.

3. No smoking or vaping, please.
