Hi, we have a really lovely large double, fully furnished, room with large ensuite to rent in a new 4 bedroom house in Burwell. MONDAY TO FRIDAY LET ONLY.
Easily commutable by car to Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds, very close to Newmarket, Fordham, Soham and Exning.
The house is finished to a high standard overall with a large kitchen/breakfast room, utility, dining room, large hallway and a large living room with French doors to large sheltered decked area onto large lawn.
The double room for rent has a very comfy double bed and it has full size built in double wardrobe with shelving within private hallway area, plus 2 chests of drawers in the bedroom itself. The private large ensuite has a double walk in shower with cabinet sink and toilet.
The room includes a TV if required. WiFi is included and the upload/download speeds are good.
There is ample parking out the front.
We are happy to include breakfast within the price such as cereal, toast, eggs, milk.
We are a friendly sociable couple who both work in professional jobs mon-fri. We are friendly and easy going. Ideally looking for a clean and tidy professional female who also likes to live in a clean and well kept very comfortable home.
Burwell is a really nice large village with great pubs, a restaurant, pharmacy, shops, a café and plenty of activities going on within the local village community.
