Whole top floor of 3 storey house in Cambourne. Huge bedroom, separate lounge (currently furnished part furnished) and private bathroom.

Bedroom has built in wardrobes and free standing drawers, bookcase, tv stand and tv.
Bathroom has shower, toilet and sink.

Lounge is across landing from bedroom and has 3 seater sofa and single seat chair, side tables, desk and chair.

You will have shared access to the kitchen and garden. The kitchen is a kitchen/diner/living room in one and has a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and large dining table.

I also have another large double room on the middle floor which is available also to rent furnished with wardrobe - that has use of family bathroom which would on the whole only be used by you as I have an en suite.

I am homeowner and live here as well. Rest of the house (3 additional bedrooms and a separate downstairs lounge) would not be shared space currently. However you will access to two living spaces.

All bills are included.

I am a friendly sociable professional looking to share the space with someone who I will get on with 😊 I also have a cat who has free run of the house as well - so someone who likes cats would be preferable ;)
