Spacious Room In 2 Bed Flat - Mon-Fri Only

Hello! :)

My name is Alice and I'm looking for a friendly flatmate to stay with me to help pay the bills! I am ideally looking for someone Monday - Friday, with the occasional weekend stay if required.

The flat is 100m from a good sized Co-op and a 5 minute drive from Morrisons. There are various other shops nearby including; a beauty room, estate agents, dominoes, a cafe, a pub, restaurants, a gym etc.

It is situated at the edge of Lower Cambourne, with very easy access to the A428 (route from Cambridge to Bedford), Papworth Hospital, Milton Science Park and to get into Cambridge.
You can reach central Cambridge within 20 minutes, or the M11 within 10-15 minutes.

The property has 1 allocated parking space and visitor spaces also available. It's on the 2nd floor and I am yet (after nearly 4 years) to hear anything from the neighbours, so very peaceful!

I work full time and I am looking for another professional to share the flat with. The bathroom, kitchen and living room will be shared between us.
There is broadband, a BT television package, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and all kitchen appliances provided.
I work hard and often come home tired, so ideally I want a friendly but independent person to live here. I go to the gym most evenings and enjoy socialising at weekends, so I do spend a lot of time away from the flat.

It would be good if you're clean and tidy too.... :)

I have provided a comfortable double bed and double wardrobe for you to use. You can, of course, leave your stuff here on weekends!

I am not really looking for a short-term occupant (less than 3 months) but happy to consider it if needed!

Most of all I'd just like a professional person who I can get along with.
