Hi. I have one large double room (17ft by 11ft / 5.2m by 3.3m) with it's own bathroom# to rent (furnished or unfurnished) in a specious south facing 5 bedroom house. Situated on a private drive in Upper Cambourne, the house also consists of; a large kitchen/dinner, lounge, office/snug and bathroom on the ground floor, three bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor. Due to the garden being south facing it has sun throughout the day. I have also have a mini gym in the garage. All bills are included.

Cambourne has excellent commuter routes; Cambridge (7 miles), A14, M11, A1, along with mainline train connections within easy reach and direct bus routes into Cambridge and St Neots. Cambourne has good facilities, including; a supermarket and smaller shops, pub, café, 2 gym's along with a wide range of leisure and sports facilities.

I am a professional male working in Cambridge. I have a daughter who stays with me every other weekend and one day in the week (please bear this in mind when applying).

# The bathroom is not en-suite and would be solely the tennants personal bathroom.
