The room comes without a bed, but a double bed can be bought off from the previous tenant (£100). There is plenty of storage available, 2 built-in wardrobes in the bedroom plus other storage space available throughout the house.

It is a 2 bedroom house with a large living room and a sunny, nicely equipped kitchen downstairs, a bathroom upstairs and a rear garden.

There is an on-street parking available (requires a parking permit £50-60 per year) and a space for your bike in the house, there is enough room for 2 bikes in the hall.
Costs are approx. £750 per month inc. all bills.
The tenancy agreement is arranged through an agency so admin fee will apply, £250 and a deposit of £825 is required.
