We have what you need: rolling weekly or Monthly lodgings available for workers, students and or holiday makers.

Two Cambridge City rooms are available to rent for £800 per month: both are double bedrooms and immediately available for viewing in the highly sort after modern apartments that are 'Pym Court'.

We have Special Offers for Term Time Students that leads to discounted deals available for 2024 to 2025 if you are with us for three academic terms.

The rooms have a double bed, are a good size and have desks and shelves: the doors are lockable for extra security. We offer self-catering for our lodgers and you are welcome to view the flat at short nice. We aim to be flexible, helpful and fair.

An extra £10-20 per week is added for heating in the winter season only. A max additional cost of £750 if you are staying between October to end March 2025

Workers will be asked for an additional £ 25 per month for Council Tax.

- I am available for Baby sitting available at an extra cost.
- Should a co-habiting couple wish to share a room then the rent rate will be increased and discussed during your viewing/interview.

Please bring evidence that you're a student where applicable

I require a reference from your current/previous landlord or chat with your folks if your leaving home for the first time.

The shower, kitchen/lounge are common areas which are shared with your live-in Landlady: a clean and tidy team player is most welcome please.

A refundable deposit will be required once you've decided to take the room. The 1st months' rent is to be paid in advance and payments will stay in advance during the term of the contract which can be as long or as short as you need the contract to be.

You need to give notice of termination ie a month, if you are paying monthly. No notice is required for those using the short term let option.

We provide a lodger's agreement and house rules for you to sign.

There is a secure bike store on site and Pym Court is a very central location being a short walk from the diverse restaurants, coffee houses and international shops on Mill Road.

We are 20 minutes from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge train station and the Drummer Street bus terminal. A 15 minute cycle ride to Addenbrooks and 20 mins cycle to the Science Park or Arm in Fulborn.

The City is served by a good bus service taking you locally or across the County and indeed Country.

Your new home is served by Discount supermarkets on the Business Units along with a Marks and Sparks. ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury, Co-op and Waitrose all within 15 mins walk as are the 4 gyms and 2 retail parks.

We have fashionable shopping in the City Centre Grand Arcade and 'Lanes' within a 30 minute walk, as are the clubs and City pubs.

There are many beautiful river walks and green open spaces on our door step: life can be good, there's always something free to do outside.
