Nice and cheap room close to cambridge city centre

The room

Nice, furnished room only 15 minutes walk from the city centre of cambridge. The house has 4 bedrooms and a shared lounge room, dining area and kitchen. There are two bathrooms so you only need to share with one other person. The bathroom has a nice big shower head and good water pressure. There is a big backyard and a small front yard.

You will be sharing with two Aussie teachers and one engineer. Everyone is pretty fun and relaxed and sometimes like to do things together like go out on the weekends or a pub quiz during the week, though it's pretty low key, and if you like keeping to yourself that's fine too.

There is good Wi-Fi in the house. Bills usually come to around 75 gbp per month.

There is a one-off agency fee of 225 gbp to get your referencing checks and sign onto the lease (the same as we each paid to get on the lease too). The checkout fee at the end of the lease is already paid so you don't have any more fees to worry about after the initial one. The current lease ends at the end of February, with an option to renew or move out at that point.

If you're willing to pay rent from the 16th of July onwards, you can move in any time from then. Secure yourself a cheap room early on :)
