There are takeaways and convenience store within a 5 minute walk; tennis, basketball and other sports courts at 2 minutes walk from the property.

The studio comes furnished; includes an en-suite and a mini kitchenette; has a separate independent entrance; car and bike parking spaces.

The property has 24 hour CCTV monitoring and an independent monitored motion sensor burglar alarm for the studio.

The kitchenette includes a washing machine, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and a basic cutlery and crockery set.

The property is extremely well ventilated and decorated with quality furniture and flooring.

We are looking at 180 pounds per week which includes all bills. Short term lets (lower than 1 months) can be considered. However, we ask for an additional payment of 30GBP to cover additional costs incurred in short-term lets.
