We have a double en-suite room available from mid July in our shared house, located in a quiet, residential area in Cambridge (CB1). The bedroom is fully furnished, including a double bed, built-in wardrobe, shelf and desk.

You’ll be sharing the house with 4 professionals (1 male and 3 females). We all get along really well, and will have the occasional house BBQ or pub trip, but everyone also has their own life. We’re looking for someone sociable to be a part of the house.

The house is in a great location, within close walking distance of the train station (10 mins) and Mill Road with its shops, pubs and restaurants. The city centre can be reached in 5 - 10 min by bike.

The house has a large kitchen, a living room and a new washing machine. The kitchen comes with all the usual equipment including dishwasher and gas hob. There is also a nice garden, with a bike rack, shed and barbeque.

The rent is £545 per month plus bills, which are £115 per month, and include gas, electricity, water, internet, council tax and a TV licence. There is a 6 weeks deposit to be paid to the landlord, held in a protected scheme (£629). The contract is for 6 months in the first instance then on a rolling basis thereafter (with one month's notice to be given upon leaving).

We are looking for a professional or graduate student, ideally no couples or undergraduates (sorry!). We would prefer someone who works normal hours, so please no night-shifts or irregular hours, and no pets or smokers. You should be reasonably tidy, happy with a cleaning rota and contributing toward making the house a nice home for everyone.
