Ensuite Double Room Just Off Mill Road!

We are a friendly house on Catharine street (short walk to all the great facilities on Mill road) looking for a new tenant for a nice ensuite double room to move in from the 15th of June.

The room has a double bed and the usual furniture for storage. The ensuite shower room (exclusively for use of the room tenant only) is basic but functional with a nice powerful shower, toilet and washbasin plus a small window for natural light.

The rent is 525 per month which INCLUDES council tax. Other bills are shared between the other tenants and usually come to around £40 per month per person.

We are all young professional tenants from a very international background (aged 20's and 30's) and we are looking for a similar person to join us. You will need to be houseproud and want to help keep the house clean and tidy. We are looking for someone who is sociable but also values their personal space.
We welcome any nationality but would prefer a person who can communicate well in English.

The house also has a nice garden including plenty of space for bikes. There are an eat-in kitchen and a conservatory which we use as a small tv/sitting room.

There are a total of 5 tenants plus one more living in a self-contained studio apartment on the top floor.

Please note: The room is strictly for SINGLE occupancy only due to Council regulations.
