We have a good sized bright double room available in a terraced house, fully furnished and with high speed internet. The room has a full size bed, bedside cabinet, 3-door wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, desk, floating shelf, book shelf and hanging mirror.
There is a bathroom with shower over bath, a downstairs toilet, a large kitchen (incl. washer/dryer), shared living room and garden.

5 mins to Science Park. Bus stop city 1 towards city centre (15 mins) and train station (25 mins) is just across the road, Tesco express and other shops (greengrocer, butcher, Budgens, library) are 5 mins on foot. Parking is in a cul-de-sac behind the garden. Easy access to A14.

You'll be sharing with myself (female) and my son (7 yrs). V. is used to sharing the house, he likes to chat but will respect your privacy and is a good sleeper. This will best suit a child-friendly single professional or student who appreciates the magic of childhood :) Rent can be lowered in exchange for babysitting but if that’s not for you then that’s ok, too.
We are looking for an easy going house mate either long or short term. I am also open to a Mon-Fri let. Available from December.
