Cosy room off the Mill Rd

Hi there,

I’m sadly moving out of a lovely house share just off the Mill Rd. It’s an excellent location, full of pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops. Less than 10min walk from Cambridge train station. On street parking available (resident parking about 70GBP per year).

There are 4 bedrooms in the house, a living room, a small kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom and a small toilet, and a beautiful garden with a shed. The room is on the ground floor, it has a single bed. The house feels very cosy and homey (we often buy cut flowers!) and is mostly very quiet. We are open for having friends over for dinner or staying overnight.

My flatmates are: a lovely Italian girl who is finishing her PhD in Cell Immunology, she loves cooking amazing stuff and hanging out with friends; two English guys: one professional, with personal interests in cinematography and short-film directing, and another one doing a PhD in Biochemistry.

The room will be available from the first weekend of January. If you’re interested, please send us a little description of yourself. We will organise the viewings for the next Tuesday evening.
