Do you need a cozy, bright room for a few weeks?

Since I will be away traveling a few weeks, my room in a spacious, well-located house will become available from this 16th of December until the 25th of January.

It is a bright, southwest-facing double bedroom with a quiet garden view, wooden floors, two cupboards, big chest of drawers, two nightstands and many shelves.

The house has two floors, a generous living room, a separate very pleasant study, a large and well-equipped kitchen, an upstairs bathroom and another toilet downstairs, and a large shed for storage. Shops, supermarkets and Jesus Green are nearby, while the City 1 Bus stops right outside on Gilbert Road, conveniently taking you to the city centre and the train station.

You will share with two others: a professional and a postdoc at the university. Rent is 520 (including water and internet) plus utility bills, or the equivalent on a weekly basis if your stay is shorter or longer than a month.
