I am currently seeking two people to fill a double bedroom, and a single bedroom, which will both become available on 22nd January 2019.

Basic Amenities (shared):
-Living room
-Kitchen - Shared fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven & hob, and plenty of cupboard space
-Bathroom - fitted with a shower/bath, toilet, and sink
-Spare room - Currently used as a washing/storage room
You will also have a lovely, well-tended garden to enjoy! This features a patio, a small pond, shed, and washing line.

Location:
The house is on Suez Road, which is a turning just off Mill Road. From here, you'll have access to-
- 2 min. walk to bus stop
- 2-5 min. walk to shops for all your basic necessities
- 15 min. walk to Cambridge station
- 25 min. walk to city centre

Rent and bills:
-Double bedroom (unfurnished) - £550pcm
-Single bedroom (unfurnished)- £450pcm
Bills are not included and will come to roughly £100pcm per person. This will cover gas, electricity, water, wifi and council tax.

Housemate preferences:
I'm a young professional, and I'd prefer either more of the same, or students. I like tidy housemates, but other than that I'm pretty laid back. No preference for gender, and the house is LGBT friendly.
