Modern, double bedroom available in the highly sort after Kaleidoscope apartments off Brooklands Ave! I’ve just moved into this very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and am looking for a flatmate to join my current tenancy for the second bedroom (my current tenancy is signed until 6 Dec 2019, and I will be looking to extend after)

As I have the ensuite room, the other large main bathroom (with bath) will practically be your own! I have decorated the apartment with new, modern & stylish furnishings. The kitchen is also now fully equipped with brand new items! The lounge has a comfy couch, dining table/chairs and a 55” Smart TV (Netflix/Amazon available).

The available double room has a new double bed, wardrobe with mirror, side table, table lamp. If bedding needed, this can be provided as well.

A little about me, I am a professional working in Software. I moved to Cambridge almost 2 years ago from New Zealand. I enjoy nice dinners, good wine, travelling.

I would prefer a female flatmate who is clean/tidy. This would be a great place for someone who needs a fully furnished and fully equipped apartment (i. e. iron, vacuum, cleaning tools, bathroom accessories etc).

COST

Rent: £800 per month (all bills included – council tax, unlimited fast broadband, gas/electricity, water, TV licence, Netflix)

Deposit (refundable): £650

Tenancy application & Reference check required by the Property Management company (non-refundable): £250
