Looking for one lodger in three bed recently renovated Victorian terrace house near the river, North Cambridge. £600 bills included.

Two current lovely housemates, male and female, very sociable and friendly, working in science/ecology. Have lived at this address foe 2+ years (not a couple!).

Good sized double bedroom upstairs - furnished with really good quality double bed. Main bathroom upstairs is shared. There is also a downstairs toilet with sink. Shared furnished living room and reasonably sized garden. Fully stocked kitchen. Decor is slightly less chaotic since I moved out than shown in the pictures! The bedroom pictured is already occupied, pictures to come of bedroom that is vacant.

This house is a twenty minute walk into town, 15 min walk to Cambridge north, 25 mins to Cambridge main station. Super quick if you cycle. It’s not residents parking, usually easy to find a space.
