Each room has been designed to be incredibly comfortable and stylish, USB charging points are located next to the beds, the Wi-fi is upgraded to super fast fibre unlimited. We've included a Netflix account to watch movies or box-sets with other house mates on a 55 inch 4k Ultra HD Smart TV.

The spacious kitchen/diner is fully equipped and includes everything you might need:
5 ring gas hob, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, american fridge freezer, built-in fridge freezer and an additional fridge, so no shortage of shelf space, washing machine and tumble dryer, It opens out into an enclosed rear garden that includes a patio and decking area for chilling out in the nice weather.

One all inclusive room fee covers;
All bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, super fast broadband)
TV licence (for the communal lounge) with Netflix account.
A cleaner (fortnightly cleaning of the communal areas)
A gardener (monthly maintenance of lawn and flower beds etc.)
There are no agency fees.

The location;
The house is located in the heart of Longstanton (just north of Cambridge) and is just a short walk to the village Co-op and takeaways (Chinese and Fish & Chips). and a pub and a social club.
The guided busway is less than a 15-minute walk with regular buses to Addenbrookes, via the Science Park and Cambridge city centre on route or St Ives and Huntingdon in the opposite direction. The busway also has a cycle route for most of the above.
With the new A14 upgrade everywhere locally including Cambridge is much easier to access. There is plenty of parking and secure bike storage.
