Room is fully furnished with double bed, work desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

House is fully equipped with everything needed, large rear garden with patio area and ample ON-street parking. Large garage for bike storage.

House will be shared with two professionals, both male (Irish39 and English34).

The room will be available from the 1st November, not earlier as current housemate will be here until then. Rent per month £442 PLUS BILLS, all in it normally comes to £598 per month approx.

One month’s deposit of £442 required and will be placed with the Tenancy deposit scheme and refundable at the end of the tenancy. MINIMUM 6 month contract, no shorter terms available.

We are looking for someone easy going and sociable who can clean up after themselves, house is pretty chilled.
