The house is in an excellent location in a quiet residential neighbourhood a minute's walk from the river and parks and 10 minutes' walk to the very centre of town. There are local shops nearby and several supermarkets a short bike ride away.

We're looking for someone who would enjoy living somewhere with a friendly, tidy and homely feel. One housemate is a paralegal in her mid-20's, the other is later 20's working on her PhD. I'm super old and work as a psychotherapist mainly for the University. We have a cat who is friendly, particularly at mealtimes....

Bills are included and there are no fees to pay.
