We are looking for one other professional person to house share with one professional female already living in the property. Ideally the individual will be particularly clean/ tidy.

The house is a large furnished victorian terrace house which was fully renovated with final completion 2 years ago. We renovated the property with the intention that we would be living in it but our circumstances changed and we are now living abroad.

The bedroom available is at the back of the house, it is a spacious room comprising a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers, trunk and curtains. The bedroom has an adjacent en-suite along with built in wardrobes to the rear. The en-suite is intended for the exclusive use of this occupant with shared use of the living area, kitchen, utility room, study, separate w. c. and garden.

The kitchen is equipped with a large freezer, refrigerator, oven, gas hob, dishwasher and cooking utensils. The utility room is equipped with a Miele washing machine and dryer.

The property is in an ideal location, it is approximately 0.7 miles from the Cambridge train station and 1.0 mile from Addenbrooke’s hospital. A residents parking permit allowing street parking is available from the Cambridgeshire County Council (approx. annual cost £80).
