I have a double room in a two bedroom apartment in Orchard Park, Cambridge (SHORT TERM, MAX 3 months) on offer. The flat has a large living room/kitchen, bathroom and a balcony and there is roadside parking available in the area. It is fully furnished and has a secure bike shed, as well as a bus stop directly in front of the house.
The rent includes all bills.
A little bit about myself.
I am originally from Germany and work at the Wellcome Genome Campus in Hinxton at the European Bioinformatics Institute. I have quite an active lifestyle and do loads of sports.
I live in the apartment with my two tortoises - but they have their enclosures, are very quiet and vegetarian.
I am open to short term contracts and Mo-Fri lets. The most important thing for me is that I get on with the person who is moving in. I am away a lot with work and need to be able to trust who lives in the flat.
