Very tidy and clean house 3 bedroom 1 living room huge garden. Safe place for your bike and we have drive way if you have a car. Internet and all bills include £150.00 per week. 2 people already living in the house, 35 and 42 years old male and professionals. We are looking male of female house mates. Can be student or professional. Sort term or long term. All we request be clean, reliable and carefull person. No smoking in or around the house. House is professionally cleaning every week and full security systems installed. (In and out camera system and alarm)
We have 2 dogs in the house as well it's generally stays one of the room. If you have allergies please keep in your mind.
Room have TV and Google Chrome you can watch your Netflix or your online entertainments.
No deposit required. All you need to do 4 weeks upfront payment every 4 weeks time.
