The house is spacious, comfortable, well-appointed and very well located for access to Cambridge city centre. It is a little oasis, set away from the road with a charming garden. There is parking for one car, plenty of free, on-road parking and plenty of space to safely store bicycles. There is a spacious sitting room as well as a separate, sunny dining room/second sitting room, well-appointed kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom.

The sunny double bedroom (single occupancy) overlooks the garden. It is newly appointed, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It has a small double bed, desk with drawers, stool, chest of drawers, wardrobe, table lamp, chair, blackout blind and ample shelving. There is a gas-fired radiator and plenty of extra storage space right outside the bedroom door. (£595, bills inc).

Location and Transport Links: The house is less than an 8 minute cycle ride to ARU in East Road. It is a minute’s walk from the very regular no.3 bus which will take you directly into the town centre and the train station. You can cycle to the centre of town in 10-12 mins. It takes 12 minutes to cycle to the train station and 10 minutes to cycle to Cambridge North. It is a 16-minute cycle ride to both the Science Park and Addenbrookes. Tesco, Sainsbury and Asda are all easily accessible as is Cambridge Retail Park, The Beehive and the Grafton Centre.

I am a 'low-key', landlord and often away, sometimes for extended periods. Whilst I am vegan the other housemate is a meat eater, so we are happy accommodate your dietary choices and to share with people with a variety of interests.

Costs: Rent is to be paid in advance at the beginning of the calendar month. Rent is inclusive of utilities and wifi. A deposit of one month will be taken. References are required.
