Ample room to let in Cherry Hinton

Hi there – we have a room to rent in our house in Cambridge-Cherry Hinton, 460 pounds per month all included (wifi of course too). It’s an ample room upstairs (the one you can see in the pics), furnished in a simple way (a big mattress, bedside table, computer table and chair, TV bench, wardrobe…). Downstairs is a small shared kitchen, and a nice garden if you like sitting outside (or growing plants) or to leave your bike in the shed - and upstairs is also the shared bathroom of course. No living room or shared area as the house is not huge (three rooms in total) and besides you, we are two more (Alessandro and Marcin – two guys, we are a couple). The house is very near the big Tesco in Cherry Hinton (CB1 9YS) and you can go for nice walks to Fulbourn Fen. A 15-minute bike ride to Addenbrooke's Hospital, a 20-minute bike ride to the city centre and frequent direct buses too. Available any time from approximately 1 October 2020 on. Being vegan ourselves, we particularly welcome vegan or vegatarian house mates, but we're also open to everyone else. Let us know if you have any questions or would like to visit. Cheers.
