A spacious Double room on the ground floor of our home in Cherry Hinton is now available.

Rooms are furnished with a double bed, cupboard, desk & chair.
All rooms have their own key should you wish to use it. Rent (£625 single occupancy) includes bills (including council tax) but not gas & electricity which are split equally between tenants.
There is also a kitchen with washing machine, 2 bathrooms, a lovely sun room, a living room & garden with shed for bikes. There is also space for 2 cars on the forecourt + parking space on the street in front of the house. We currently have fibre optic broadband.

The house is about 5 minutes walk away from ARM & a 10-15 minute bike ride to Addenbrookes & Papworth Hospitals. 2 minute walk to bus stop which has frequent buses into town. 10 minute walk to a large Tesco’s.

Housemates would be 2 young male professionals.

I am a doctor and have my own room which is vacant when I am not there.
