Furnished Double room available for Rent in house share in North Cambridge (Orchard Park) for £540 a including all bills.

The house is 4 bedroom terrace (three double, one single) in the Orchard Park housing estate. Very close to Science park and ~15 minute cycle to Cambridge city centre. A housemate in one of the double rooms is moving out we are looking for replacement. The single room is currently unoccupied and is unlikely to be rented. The house is reasonably social so we would be looking for someone who we would get along with.

The house has a good sized communal Kitchen/Dining room and Lounge. The top floor bedroom (not the one available) has an ensuite. The three other rooms share a bathroom and there is an additional WC on ground floor. There is a garden with shed (Bike storage) and an assigned off road parking space.

All bills are included. Minimum stay 6 months. House has washing machine, dishwasher and tumble drier.
