We are offering a large double room in our four bedroom home in Histon. A few minutes walk to local amenities - Tesco and Co-Op in the village as well as five pubs and bars. Only 15-20 mins drive from central Cambridge. Close to the number 8 bus route or 20mins walk to the guided busway. Virgin media internet included as well as all bills. We have a cleaner who visits weekly at no extra cost.
We are a professional couple, one works full time and the other frequently travels abroad for work, so you’d be sharing the house with 1-2 people at most.
We have two cats who are friendly but spend most of their time outside.
