We are looking for a friendly and considerate person to move in to our flat in Cambridge.

The flat is part of a new complex near to Homerton College, on the Hills Road. Addenbrookes Hospital; the railway station and the city are all accessible by walking, by bike or by bus.

The flat is only three years old and is a really good size. Each of the three rooms have their own bathroom. This room has use of the 'family bathroom' across the hall. It has underfloor heating and a ventilation system which keeps all the rooms temperate.

There is a good sized sitting room/kitchen/dining room which leads on to a little balcony. The balcony looks out on the communal gardens, which are especially great in summer. There is also the Swedish café next door if you want to grab a coffee in the sunshine!

The vacant bedroom is a good size as you can see from the photos. The flat came unfurnished and we have furnished it ourselves. I am looking to sell the bed, mattress and brown wardrobe in the bedroom. It would be way less hassle than buying and putting up a new one! I will be moving out September 7th so the room is available from September 8th.

Rent is £620/month and bills (some of which are paid quarterly, some monthly) break down to approximately £130/month (council tax, internet, tv licence, water, electricity, and small household kitty for cleaning supplies)

Rent goes through a private lettings agent, who charge a £50 fee for references and amendment of the contract (which runs until May 2020 on annual rolling basis).

There is a secure bike store in the flat building. Unfortunately there is only one car parking space and no permanent parking on the road so the room would suit someone best who doesn’t have a car.

You would be sharing with Sam and Shelley, both professionals working in science and in their early thirties. They are tidy, kind housemates and interested in fitness, good food and even a bit of Love Island :) Everyone has their own social lives and interests, so it would suit someone similar.
