A single room available from in a lovely quiet shared house in CB4.
The House located in a nice and silent area Cambridge 5-10 minutes walk from Aldi and bus stop and 10 minutes cycling from the centre. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with toilettes, a large garden, a big private car park on the driveway, fully equipped kitchen ( except dishwasher), a garage and a small house in the garden what we use for a living room. The room is furnished but you can bring anything what you would like and we can change it to feel yourself more comfortable.
All the current tenants are working full time. We are looking for someone to enjoy our small community. Preferred for a lady.
The price is 450 pcm plus a month deposit. The price includes all the bills and the internet too.
