Two double rooms are available in our friendly 4 bedroom house on Mill Road.

Room 1:
- Small double room on first floor
- Beautiful decorative fireplace
- Best view of the garden, quiet because not facing the road
- Bright bathroom with bathtub shared with 2 others
- Comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Could fit a small desk (there was one previously)
- 378 GBP per month (excl. bills)

Room 2:
- Large double ensuite on the second floor
- 2 windows for plenty of light
- Only room on the second floor, plenty of privacy
- Own bathroom with shower
- Comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and shelf (there is plenty of room for a desk as well)
- 448 GBP per month (excl. bills)

The house has a large garden, a big kitchen, a dining room and a living room. The garden has a patio, a shed for secure bike storage and a BBQ!

About the remaining two housemates, both in their mid- to late-20s:
- Irish, female, occupational therapist
- British, female, works at Waterstones
They don't work from home, so the house isn't ever overcrowded.

We are looking for someone friendly, approachable and clean! We want the house to feel like a real home! While we all do our own thing we like to have dinner or drinks together from time to time and get on super well. We'd like to keep that atmosphere :) Write us a message and we can arrange a virtual viewing, and if mutual interest exists also a socially distanced in-person viewing.

The rooms are available from August 28th, possibly with some flexibility +/- 2 weeks

The house belongs to a private landlord who is very helpful when we need something but otherwise doesn't interfere. He uses an agency to manage the house rental and they are also very friendly!

Note: The rental price does not include bills. They are paid by the housemates on a monthly basis and would amount to max. 80-100 GBP per person (incl. internet, electricity and gas, water and council tax).
