I am renting my whole flat for 1-6 months whilst I stay elsewhere. There is scope to extend this duration. I'd like the flat to be cared for by a couple or by friends - warm, friendly, clean and tidy. That's all really!

Suitable for a couple or two sharers (arranged by yourself) with total rent £1600 p/m.

It's a 2 bed, 1 bath flat with open plan kitchen, lounge, and dining room. It is a 1st Floor Apartment in a gated residential area. There is a secure Bike lock-up downstairs and I own a single car-parking space. On street parking is never an issue if you have a second car.

The flat is fully furnished - though please note, less so than shown in photos as I will be rehoming my plants etc.

Furnishings: double beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets (both bedrooms). There is a kitchen table, but I can provide a desk too, if handy.

Bills are included bar council tax (band B) with a reasonable cap on electicity which we can discuss. Sky Broadband and TV are also included.
