Large double room close to the Science Park

Hi room seeker!

We have a large double room to rent on the 1st floor of our lovely 3 storey town-house in north Cambridge. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, a set of draws, desk and the shared use of a large family bathroom. (Shared with only one other)

Other features of the house asides the two amazing house-mates include a good sized living room with two sofas and a 32 inch flat-screen HD TV with Sky Plus and movies. The largish kitchen comes fully equipped with all the white goods including a dishwasher and clothes washer. There is also a ground-floor WC and a small garden (low maintenance) that's works perfectly for summer BBQ's. We also have a cleaner who comes around every fortnight.

We are located on a relatively newly built estate in the north of Cambridge, 20 min walk to the Science and Business Parks. There are regular bus services to the centre from the bus stop 1 min walk down the road and for drivers there is very quick access to the A14 and the M11.

As a house we are all very easygoing and social, we like an occasional trip to the pub at weekends and sometimes get together in the evenings for a shared meal or movie. In keeping with the current flatmates we are looking for a someone in their twenties or early thirties who will be social but who will also be respectful the other house-mates privacy and keep the house in a clean state.

The room is £625 pm, this is inclusive of all Bills (Elec, Water, Council Tax, Broadband and Sky TV)!! Great value for Cambridge!
