We are a 4-person professional household based near Mill Road. Sadly one of us is leaving, so we have a double room available from the 4th March, with bills costing approximately £80 pcm.
The room comes unfurnished with options for buying furniture off the previous tenant. The rest of the house is fully furnished. The house has a main bathroom with bath and shower, large kitchen/diner with plenty of cupboard and freezer space, a downstairs toilet and a comfortable living room where we spend many an evening together. There is also a small courtyard with a shed and BBQ, where bikes are stored.
We are a very friendly lot who socialise together, but also respect each other's space. We are looking for another professional who is up for house meals, visits to the local pub and the occasional party.
