Spacious double room in Cambridge

Spacious double room in my own home with a comfortable double bed awaiting visitors. My house is in a relatively quiet residential area of Cambridge 10 minutes from the Science Park and 10-15 minutes from the historic centre by bus or bicycle. The Citi1 bus stops just 3 minutes walk from the house. My home is easily accessible with the same Citi1 bus directly from both the train and bus stations. Having just been recently modernised, the house is in lovely condition. I aim to provide a considerate, clean and relatively quiet home where everyone can work or rest at any time of the day, so please only enquire, if you are happy to help maintain such a living environment. If you sympathise with these sentiments, we would be delighted to welcome you. We are looking for another single person to share our home with. You are of course welcome to have occasional visitors, we simply try and keep the everyday number of people in the house to a civilised level for everyone.
