My bright and very spacious room will be available from the 8th of March on (although the date is flexible and the room could already be available from around the 28th of February).
It is furnished (double bed, table, drawers etc..) in a house with 5 other really nice and respectful flatmates. We have two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and garden.
The rent is £550 / month. Council tax is already included in the rent but bills have to be paid extra and are usually around £25 /month. As it is rented out by an agency there will be a renewal fee for the contract of £50 which we could split. The agency also needs a UK based guarantor or proof of sufficient income.
It is located just off Mill Road which is a really nice neighbourhood with a lot of small shops/ bars and restaurants.
