We will have 1 bright Double room available (SINGLE occupancy) in a nice clean, tidy and newly refurbished property from March 2024.
The house has a spacious fully equipped kitchen, laundrette room, 1 big bathroom and 1 downstairs toilet to share with 3 other professionals, nice big garden with patio area and off street parking just outside the house.
The room is furnished (small double ottoman bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers) the price per room £700 per calendar month plus bills (gas and electricity only).
Ideally we are looking extra clean, tidy and respectful people.
If you are interested and would like to arrange to view it we are available any day of the week between 7 pm and 8:30pm, and more flexible over the weekend.
