Two double rooms available in a newly renovated semi-detached house, close to Cambridge city center and science park.

Each double room comes with a build-in wardrobe, a double bed, a bookcase, a desk, and a chair. The large double also has a large chest of drawers.

The smaller double is only available to one person and the rent is £550 per month including bills. It is available from 9 July.

The bigger double is available to one or two people. The rent for one person is £600 and rent for two people is £700 per month including bills. It is available from 29 May.

The house comes with a lovely garden, a large kitchen with dining table for four and two breakfast stools, a bathroom upstairs next to the bedrooms and a separate toilet downstairs.

The house is very close to a corner shop and a pub. Less than 10 mins walk to various bigger supermarkets (incl. Aldi, Iceland and co-op), post office, pharmacy, and Chinese takeaway.

1 min walk to bus stop. 20 mins walk, 10 mins by bus, and 8 mins by bike to city Cambridge center.

Free off-street parking.

All bills are included, apart from TV licence which you will need to pay only if you watch TV. Deposit is one months rent.

We would prefer 12 months contract for continuity, but will consider shorter stays as well, probably at a slightly higher rent.
