Good sized, fully furnished double room with plenty of natural light in an end of terrace, friendly shared house located a 5 minute walk from the River Cam and only 10 minutes by bike from Cambridge North train station. The house is ideally located for the Science Park and there is a stop for the No.2 bus which serves Addenbrooke’s Hospital only a minute walk from the front door. There is plenty of free parking available outside the front of the house. The house itself has a shared front room, kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with a free standing shower and a bath. There is a washing machine under the stairs. There is also a good sized back garden which gets plenty of sun. We are both teachers and are looking for someone who can forgive us our holidays, is sociable but who also enjoys their own space, is tidy (or at least tidy-ish!) and is happy to pitch in with the running of the house.
