Hello,
I am looking for a housemate for a lovely house that I currently live in, in the Mill Road area of Cambridge. It is a three bedroom house but there will only be two of us living in it (I will have the small bedroom and the box room and you will have the large Master bedroom). The property also has a large living room, dining room, spacious kitchen and one bathroom as well as a garden. There is also plenty of free on street parking.
The cost of the rent is £780 but this includes all bills and the room is furnished.
I am a 29 year old female professional, preferably looking for a professional female of a similar age to live with. I am a research scientist who loves to travel, go to the pub or have a few gins with friends at the weekend. I am clean and tidy and I'd like to live with someone who also wants to keep the house clean and homely and who wants to cook/eat/have a drink together sometimes. I am happy to start with virtual viewings given the current situation but would like to meet you in person and have you see the house before we sign a contract.
