DOUBLE ROOMS: The rent is £500 per room per calendar month (bills - electricity, gas, water, internet, TV licence and council tax included). Each room has a double bed (4ft), wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers.

SINGLE ROOM: The rent is £450 per room per calendar month (bills - electricity, gas, water, internet, TV licence and council tax included). The room has a double bed (4ft), 3-door wardrobe and a desk.

There is no deposit. Strange? Let me explain why: deposit schemes incur costs, so it would be a loss of income for me. I'd rather offer reasonable rents and because I don’t take deposits I do ensure that the right people move into the house. It’s been working well for me and for the tenants so far.

The house is situated in a quiet area, 7 min walk to Science park, good access to A14, nearby citi1 bus stop, guided bus stop and Cambridge North train station.

The house has been refurbished, it is quiet and fully furnished, warm in winter. It is equipped with BT Infinity broadband and a TV.

There is a shared living room with a dining area, shared kitchen, two bathrooms, conservatory and a garden. There is a parking space in the court (subject to availability), a shed for bikes and also a space in a back garden for keeping bikes.

The tenant in the property is an international professional (female) in early 30s.

Non-smoker (smoking not allowed in the house) clean, quiet, tidy and considerate person is preferred. Short-term tenancy welcome.
