Here we have a single room available in a shared house near to Wolfson College, in Newnham Cambridge.
It is close to the city centre and the University colleges.

The house consists of four bedrooms, a big kitchen with shared utensils (no need to bring anything), a communal living room with a sofa, dining table, and flatscreen TV, two bathrooms (one with shower and toilet, the other toilet only), and a large garden. We also have a washing machine and dryer. A cleaner is coming weekly to clean the communal areas. We just had a new carpet laid in all rooms and the living room which is not yet depicted on the pictures.

Room is furnished as hand-me-down, occupant must purchase existing furniture from previous tenant for £100
Deposit £300
Rent is £290 and all bills (incl. internet, TV, weekly cleaner, council tax) are around £120, so roughly £410 in total

There are 3 other long term occupants in the house who are professionals.
Female preferred but not essential.
Either student or professional.
We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, respectful and easy going.

We are a very friendly house, we always get on great and have respect for each others space. We are looking for someone who can fit in our little family.
We are all professionals, some are academics doing research or postdoctorates .
