Our housemate bought his own place so we are looking for a friendly, fun and clean house mate to join our lovely 4 bedroom house. The house is currently occupied by 2 girls and one guy. We’re looking for a professional male to keep the balance which seems to work well at the moment. We are a varied bunch working in sciences, and education.

The room on offer is a double, first floor room. It is fully furnished and comes with a double ottoman bed, built in shelves, a wardrobe, a wooden chest of drawers, and a desk. Rent would be £750 all bills included (gas, electricity, water, council tax, fibre internet and cleaning service in the common areas). We all share the kitchen, living room, nice garden space and shed.

The house is in a great location just off Mill Road. It is 2 minutes walk from co-op and other amenities on Mill Road. The Empress is a fantastic pub, and just one minute around the corner! The large Sainsbury's is just 10 minutes walk away and the train station is around 15 minutes away.
